Our story
Built by operators, for operators.
Booked started from a simple observation: the software available for marina and park operators was either too complex, too expensive, or too old. We built it after spending time with marina managers, caravan park owners, and holiday park operators across Australia — and hearing the same frustration, again and again.
These operators were managing bookings in spreadsheets, taking reservations over the phone, and manually reconciling payments at month-end. Meanwhile, their guests expected the same online booking experience they got from hotels and airlines. We set out to fix that gap.
